Brand Manager – Part Time (ideally)
Location: Melbourne, Victoria
The Role:
The Brand Manager will be crucial for our client as they build a team that drives a strategy to diversify its unique food offering across Australia. Working directly with the founder and advisory board, you will form part of the senior leadership team to deliver urban inspired marketing initiatives in keeping with the brand ethos.
Leveraging the existing frameworks, you will create a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with the overall commercial growth vision of the group. Concurrently, day-to-day you will ensure increased visitation to each unique location and partner franchisee and restaurant leaders to deliver a message that connects with local clientele.
This hands on role will suit a strategic, outcomes focused marketer possessing well-rounded skills across Social, Digital & Performance marketing. You will be inspired to scale a group committed to uniting people with great food.
***This role is ideally part time 3-4 days per week with full time an option for the right candidate***
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the brand strategy across all communication channels
- Leverage and enhance existing brand guidelines and tool kits for new restaurant openings
- Drive visitation with well crafted messages across social, owned and performance channels
- Partner with agency teams to deliver unique PR activations with globally recognised talent
- Drive local area marketing activity in partnership with franchisee and restaurant leaders
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop long term brand/marketing strategies
- Make meaningful impact with a rapidly growing Melbourne success story across Australia
- Work closely with an experienced leadership team to deliver holistic commercial outcomes
