We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Marketing and Partnerships Specialist, full time on a 10-month maternity leave contract. This role sits within the National Marketing department, reporting to the Senior Manager Brand Marketing and Partnerships.
You will be a valued member of the team and play an integral role to ensure the strong existing brand equity and market leadership position of the business is further enhanced to build the Mazda brand. You will be contributing to our marketing strategies and support the team to leverage Mazda's main partnership properties. You will be able to demonstrate your creative side through working with our broader teams in social, content and supporting our state offices. Your attention to detail, ability to support your teammates and prioritisation skills sets you apart.
About you
It's clear that you have a tremendous passion for marketing and your experience working independently on business projects is what sets you apart. Tertiary qualified, ideally you would have 3+ years' experience in a marketing environment on other great brands. It goes without saying that you'll be a first-class communicator, both written and verbal – a true professional with a strong client service focus and the ability to liaise effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

- Initiative, passion and creativity
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing partnerships and sponsorships from ideation, activation and negotiations
- Developing and managing advertising priorities for key states, territories or nationally
- Oversee Retail marketing campaigns
- Manage budgets and monitor expenditures for communication activities
- Expert planning and prioritisation skills
- Experience with consumer promotions & launch campaigns
