We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team in Keysborough on a permanent full-time basis and shape our external marketing communications. This role is for a marketing allrounder who is looking to take ownership of consumer marketing to deliver a robust plan and effective activities.

About the role:

• Drive the enhancement of Rinnai's brand reputation and market share among Business-to-Consumer (B2C) audiences. The role focuses on the planning and execution of marketing communications to engage / educate consumers, as well as manage Rinnai's online reputation
• Lead Rinnai's B2C marketing communications, developing plans and executing campaigns, national promotions, social media, PR, consumer events and sponsorship activities
• This role will also lead Rinnai's online reputation management. This includes the development initiatives aimed to lift positive reviews of Rinnai across social, review sites and Google Listings
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create on-Brand Marketing activities that enhance profitability and brand recognition
• Develop and deliver clear and engaging presentations to stakeholders
• Understand the competitive landscape and trends across core markets and be able to develop appropriate responses and actions.

About you:

• Experienced in developing and deploying marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of marketing principles to drive financial and brand metrics
• Comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• A highly driven and dynamic individual with a strong work ethic
• The ability to develop and meet accurate deadlines.

To ensure success in this role, you will have experience working in marketing communications, with a background in brand management, or in agency working on consumer brands. Your ability to write and communicate effectively with a strong creative flair is essential, as is your tertiary qualification in marketing or related field.
