The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Engagement & Marketing, the Internal Communications & Employee Brand Specialist will create impactful content used for Internal Communications and Employer Branding efforts across social media, website, internal portals and digital campaigns.
Your experience developing Internal Communications and supporting Employer Branding initiatives, along with strong writing skills, proven project management, and attention to detail will be critical to your success. Your ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with internal stakeholders is a must.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing Internal Communications content, including newsletters, videos, and intranet updates.
- Develop Employer Branding materials to attract top talent through engaging social media content, blogs, and videos.
- Continuous improvement of the intranet (SharePoint) to promote efficiency and team collaboration.
- Partnering with the People team to develop any change related communications.
- Partnering with recruitment specialists and hiring managers to support them to reach their employee recruitment targets.
- Coordinate campaign communications to promote events, utilising platforms like Zoom webinar and Sales Force Marketing Cloud.
- Ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Ongoing project management support of the social impact program.
You will have a deep understanding of how effective communication plays a pivotal role in achieving business objectives. Proficient in creating compelling narratives and calls to action that not only attracts top talent but also foster connections among stakeholders, aligning them with the organisation's overarching purpose.
Additionally, you will have;
- Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or communications.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and social media content creation.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
- Basic experience using Canva; experience in video editing and familiarity with WordPress CMS and Sales Force Marketing Cloud are desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate competing priorities.
