The Role
We have an opportunity for a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Design team to help us continue our growth trajectory. You will be key to delivering our marketing strategy, campaigns and other initiatives so that we continue to drive sales and margin growth and build positive brand and customer experiences. Initially, your strong focus will be brand-building for our three internally designed brands - they are waiting for your attention and expertise to further drive their presence across all our sales channels. Specifically you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of Brand Marketing campaigns for top-tier brands to drive leads and sales for wholesale and retail customers.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Contribute to the development of Telegram Co/Milligram’s marketing strategy, campaign concepts and initiatives
- Lead implementation of allocated initiatives across both traditional and digital marketing areas eg in-store campaigns and creative, promotional workshops and events and other local marketing activity, website refreshes etc
- Work with the broader Marketing & Design team to identify how concepts and initiatives will be effectively implemented in practice, with focus on streamlined, omnichannel delivery
- Brief, copywrite and distribute EDMs for eCommerce websites
- Create regular social media content and responses that speak to customer audiences
- Conduct regular performance reporting and progress tracking against deliverables to ensure return on investment and timely delivery of marketing requirements
The Successful Candidate
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing, digital or communications or similar
- 3-5 years’ marketing or related experience, ideally in a wholesale or retail/eCommerce environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Contemporary understanding of trends in marketing, digital and social media
- Experience delivering initiatives across multiple stakeholders with an ability to organise/prioritise workload
- A willingness to learn and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy across a range of programs
- Creativity and willingness to share your ideas
- A passion for design, stationery and lifestyle products
