Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme’s menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter, Karen Martini – showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails.
We are expanding our team in the Kitchen and looking for professional, experienced Breakfast Chef who will draw on their knowledge and expertise to support the Head Chef in delivering the breakfast service in this fast-paced kitchen.
To service our guests to the highest standard, you may be required to work a flexible rotating roster (6am to 2pm) throughout week, weekends, and public holidays.
About You
- You have a culinary qualification
- You have experience in a similar role
- You have pastry experience (desirable)
- You will have knowledge of food professional principles and practises
- You will be guest centric, a team performer, resilient, authentic, an excellent communicator
- You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
- You have excellent personal presentation
