- Lead and manage the ERP delivery team, including business analysts, implementation partners, and stakeholders.
- Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements while setting timelines for deliverables.
- Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for TMS and ERP Upgrade initiatives.
- Establish effective communication channels with key stakeholders to provide regular project updates and solicit feedback.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement change management strategies and training programs to facilitate smooth adoption of new technology platforms.
- 3 -5 year minimum in similar role along with demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments), or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner) is desired
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Programming, Computer Science, or a related discipline is desirable.
- Basic understanding of software development, programming principles, and technology stacks relevant to the products being delivered is advantageous
