Pier 21 Apartment Hotel in North Fremantle is a luxury Boutique hotel catering to the corporate and leisure markets. We are currently looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef with a flair for creativity and superior presentation to join our dedicated team. The position will be primarily responsible for breakfast delivery with occasional conference catering throughout the day. With all cooking conducted in the lounge a key to success will be impeccable presentation, service and interaction with our guests.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, organisational abilities and time management skills
- An eye for detail and the ability to produce fine food.
- Food Safety Supervisor certification required.
