AddressReporting to the Park Manager you will assist daily in food preparation, production and implementation of menus designed to deliver an innovative, safe, dining & experience for the Callide coal mine workers. The goal is to exceed customer expectations based on a healthy and delicious food offering, whilst being in line with contractual requirements. This role is buffet-style bulk cooking of Breakfast and Crib lunch for 200 Guests. 11pm-9am 14/7 roster.
About YouMust have experience in remote locations and experience in a similar set-up facilitating 20,000 meals a month. The successful applicant will have experience in
- Food preparation and presentation (Breakfast & CRIB)
- Adherence to dietary requirements (allergies, special requests)
- Understanding of stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
- Maintaining a clean kitchen, equipment and utensils
- Adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices
- Assisting the broader team as required
