As a vital member of our kitchen team, you will play a key role in food preparation, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operation and create delightful breakfast experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Cook, with a passion for delivering quality dishes.
- Proficient in breakfast food preparation techniques.
- Ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met consistently.
- Adaptability and composure in a small, family-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to foster a positive kitchen atmosphere.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring optimal freshness and minimizing waste.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our cafe menu.
- Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations in our cozy kitchen space.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the preparation area, including equipment and utensils.
- While not mandatory, a Certificate in Commercial Cookery or relevant certification is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Availability required from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. You will have a minimum of 2 shifts per week.
