About the Role:

Nestled in Rowville, Victoria, this local cafe is seeking Breakfast Head Chef, with a minimal of 4 years experience within the Breakfast industry. The successful candidate must have a passion for breakfast, highly creative with menu development and understand the hospitality market.

• Strong leadership abilities

• Knowledge on Pricing

• Knowledge on Costing

• Knowledge on Food wastage

• Minimum 4 years experience as a breakfast chef

• Must have accredited tenure and longevity in previous roles

• Current Team Size of 2 other experienced chef's to offer support

• Generate weekly specials
• Highly creative with a strong understanding of breakfast dishes
• Menu development
• Qualifications - candidate must have a Diploma in Commercial Cookery and/or a Certificate in Hospitality
