About the Opportunity:
As the Regional Leader for Brisbane, your primary mission is to ensure the seamless operation of all Yo-Chi venues across the region. You'll lead, mentor, and provide direction to our Area Leader, Venue Leaders and their teams, driving excellence in customer experiences and operational performance.
Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing high-performing venue teams dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service
- Assisting Area and Venue Leaders in recruiting and onboarding new team members and leaders
- Collaborating closely with Area and Venue Leaders to optimise sales, control costs, and maximise profitability
- Facilitating weekly communication and support between venues and the Support Team
- Overseeing the opening of new venues and ensuring compliance with Yo-Chi standards
- Identifying and executing local marketing opportunities in partnership with the Marketing team
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-site management within the QSR or hospitality industry. You thrive in autonomous environments, possess exceptional time management skills, and are driven to lead by example.
