YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on recruiting Chefs & Kitchen teams for our Villages. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a strategic approach to talent acquisition. This is a newly created role and essential to our growth. You will partner with Villages Mangers & Culinary teams to source and secure the best talent in market.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies specifically tailored to attract talented Chefs and hospitality professionals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and executive chefs to understand specific job requirements
- Utilize various recruitment channels including professional networks, industry events, social media and employee referrals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- An understanding of recruitment processes, tools and best practices
- Experience in recruiting Chefs / Hospitality / Specialist roles in a volume capacity
