We are an Osborne Park based insurance brokerage who are proud members of the Steadfast group. IPS Insurance Brokers are growing, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our insuring division. We are looking for someone with a positive outlook who works well in a team environment. This newly created position would ideally suit someone with experience of a year or two in a Broker Assistant role, alternatively we are willing to train the right person.
You will directly report to a Senior Account Executive.
Your role will consist of:
- Liaising with clients and underwriters
- Preparation of quotes, renewals and policy changes
- Arranging premium funding quotes
- following up debtors & wages declarations
- Processing of renewals/remarketing using SVU platform
For consideration you will have/be;
- willing to work towards Tier 1
- high attention to detail
- a positive attitude
- great organisation skills
- competent in Microsoft Office
- good communication skills
Desirable experience, otherwise, we are willing to train you in;
- Winbeat broking system and sunrise software
- Officetech
