Spectrum Financial Solutions is a well-established Mortgage and Finance Brokering business specialising in providing financial and investment services to Defence Force personnel and their families.
An opportunity exists for a highly organised and detail-orientated Broker Support Officer to provide high quality and efficient administrative support to a small team of brokers. As this is a customer facing role it is office based.

The Position
- Liaising with the Mortgage Broker and client during the application process.
- Following up with the lender throughout the loan application process.
- Ensuring quality CRM Data is entered.
- Ensuring client files are appropriately maintained and prepared for audit.
- Provide administrative support as required.
- Maintaining relationships with lender BDMs
The Person
Essential:
- Ideally, have experience working within a finance environment
- High attention to detail
- Competency with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Speedy delivery and professional client interactions
- Ability to prioritise well and adapt your daily schedule to ensure deadlines are met
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
Desirable:
- Previous experience with AFG’s FLEX system
- Previous interactions with Defence Force personnel
