AddressExperienced Broker Support Position available
We are looking for an individual with Mortgage/Banking experience, specifically in the Post Approval/Settlement space.
This role is a permanent role with great career progression available for the right candidate and includes:
- Working closely with our team of mortgage brokers once a client’s loan is unconditional.
- Dealing directly with our banking partners and customers post loan approval to co-ordinate the issuing and signing of their home loan documents.
- Being the direct contact for our clients post loan approval to answer any questions they have on their loan approval, signing of loan documents and settlement.
- Dealing directly with the banks and clients solicitor partners to assist in co-ordinating settlement.
- Liaise with our key stake holders and referral partners providing updates throughout.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ensuring all compliance procedures are followed.
