Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Interact with customers to obtain all required deal information.
- Assist in conducting thorough analysis of client financials to determine suitable lending options.
- Research lenders to confirm credit policy
- Action missing information and conditional approval lender requests.
- Communicating with customers, Buyers Agents and Conveyancers to update them on the status of applications up until Settlement
- Additional administrative duties
- Manage a pipeline of enquiries and applications
The successful candidate in this role will have:
- A genuine interest in people with a desire to learn and build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- Efficient, self-motivated individual with positive energy
- The drive to work in a fast-paced successful environment
- The ability to multitask
- Problem solving skills with the capability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in Loan Processing preferred, but not essential
- Possess the want to learn, grow and achieve
- Have a “glass half full” attitude
