Silvershore Apartments on the Broadwater is a 4-star Resort offering Waterside Apartments overlooking the Beautiful Broadwater in Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast.
We are looking for a Building Caretaker to conduct regular maintenance tasks and to ensure the overall upkeep and functionality of the property.
What we are offering:

Responsibilities
- General cleaning and maintenance
- General handyman repairs
- Lawn mowing and gardening
What we are looking for:
- General cleaning grounds, gardens and pool.
- Experience in building maintenance, Handyman, or a related field.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to interact with owners, tenants, guest and contractors.
- Driver's license and own vehicle.
