As a Caretaker, you'll be a vital part of ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents. NPA have a portfolio of new residential apartments under management, located in Palm Beach.. 

Role: Part time - 30hrs Monday to Friday 

Duties;

• Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep and functionality of the properties under your care, including cleaning, repairs, landscaping and contractor management.
   
• Security Oversight: Monitor and enforce security measures, including access control systems and CCTV, to maintain a secure environment for residents and visitors.
   
• Tenant Relations: Establish positive relationships with residents, address their inquiries, and assist with move-in/move-out processes to enhance their overall living experience.
   
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that the properties meet safety and environmental standards, conducting routine inspections of fire safety equipment, elevators, and building systems.
   
• Emergency Response: Be available for after-hours emergencies, including responding to security incidents, fire alarms, or any urgent situations that may arise.
   

Requirements

• 2 Years experience in building maintenance, property management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with tenants and contractors.
• Good understanding of Microsoft and ability to use various computer software
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle demanding tasks.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.
• Diploma or equivalent in building management preferred
