As our Building Caretaker, you'll be supporting our facility manager and be responsible for the practical outworking of our building management of our boutique buildings, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently. From daily cleaning duties, to landscaping and maintenance tasks, you'll be the go-to person for all things building related.
Here's what you'll be doing:
🔨 Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep and functionality of the properties under your care, including repairs and contractor management.
🧹 Property Cleaning: Conduct regular cleaning of common areas, pool and landscaping
🤝 Tenant Relations: Establish positive relationships with residents, address their inquiries, and assist with move-in/move-out processes to enhance their overall living experience.
🎉 Emergency Response: Be available for after-hours emergencies to coordinate trades.
What do you need to bring to the table? Just your A-game:
- 2 Years experience in building maintenance, building caretaking, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with tenants and contractors.
- Good understanding of Microsoft and ability to use various computer software
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle demanding tasks.
- Driver's license and own vehicle.
- Bonus points if you know your way around building caretaking
