ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a permanent full-time caretaker to maintain the facilities of our luxury residential building in Mermaid Beach. Supported by the Caretaking Team in our Fortitude Valley office your duties will include:
- Performing scheduled and ad hoc maintenance tasks
- Landscaping and gardening maintenance of property grounds
- Managing external contractors
- Cleaning of common areas
- Providing outstanding customer service to residents
- Proactively reporting on potential maintenance needs or issues and escalating these where required
- Maintaining the building to the highest standard, striving to ensure it remains a place that our residents love to come home to
