Building Construction Inspector

Nobul is working with a reputable family-owned Building Approval & Planning company dedicated to providing effective and reliable services to clients throughout QLD. Being around for over 10 years with their main specialities in pools and residential builds in the Bayside and Brisbane Inner Suburbs region, it’s time for the team to expand. Our client is on the lookout for a Building Construction Inspector to join their team.

You will play a crucial role in conducting thorough inspections of residential projects and swimming pools at various stages of construction. You’ll also be required to identify deviations from approved building plans and prepare reports documenting inspection findings, including photographic evidence.
  
About you:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the building/construction industry.
• Must hold a current or previous QBCC licence as a Site Supervisor, Carpenter, or Low-Rise Builder.
• Sound understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Good reading and writing ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must hold a white card
