Your Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A construction industry related trade qualification with experience in domestic and light commercial projects;
- The ability to think on your feet and manage and complete a variety of projects;
- A good knowledge of current workplace health and safety requirements;
- You have a current White Construction card and Queensland Class C licence.
- The ability to supervise field staff (trades people or apprentices) when required;
- Sound knowledge of the current Australian Standards, Legislation and Regulations;
- The ability to write emails, reports and other documentation including extent of works;
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel;
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients and other staff;
- A good knowledge of government processes and procedures;
- The ability to work as an individually and in team environments.
