What's on offer:

Currently a rare opportunity exists for a Building Designer / Architect to join the team in a key role. With a client centric approach, responsibilities of this position will include however not be limited to:

• Meeting with clients for initial design brief and conceptual drawings
• Producing and delivering design concepts which meet the brief of the client
• Working closely with Directors and Interior Designer to deliver solutions 
• Manage variations and changes to design
• Working with internal drafting and estimating teams 
• Product development and research

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years Australian residential building design or architectural experience
• Architectural home portfolio of designs
• Exceptional presentation, client management and communication skills 
• An ability to manage multiple jobs and critical deadlines
• A desire to work with a reputable and ethical company and ambitious team
• Confidence communicating with clients and driving successful outcomes
• Enthusiasm towards your work and a team player
• Attention to detail
• Relevant qualifications in architecture or building design highly regarded
