Building Facilities Manager

Taylor Brown Recruitment has been engaged to source an experienced Building Manager for a residential complex located in Melbourne CBD, comprising of over 300 apartments.
 
The role:

• Be responsible for the management of a residential building 
• Assist and respond to resident issues in a professional timely manner 
• Manage the facilities on a day to day basis including all contractors, technicians and other maintenance related visitors to ensure the smooth running of your building
• Take ownership and manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure all essential services are compliant 
• Reporting on weekly and monthly basis (therefore, excellent report writing skills are a must)
• Conduct building audits and ensure 100% compliance with safety, risk assessment etc.

• Experience within building / facilities management (residential / hotel / commercial experience)
• EXCELLENT communications skills 
• Must have excellent technical knowledge 
• Excellent English skills (verbal & written) 
• Fantastic conflict resolution skills
