Address**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various maintenance tasks and repairs within our facilities. The Handyman will work independently and as part of a team to ensure the upkeep of our buildings and equipment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, Plaster patching, Window and door repairs, carpentry
- leak inspections
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
