We are in the market for an experienced individual to manage and deliver the planned and reactive maintenance works within the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre (MARC) and other major City buildings as required including regular audits and inspections.
What can you bring to the team?
- Qualifications in Building Construction, Facilities Management, Property Services or similar relevant qualifications;
- Aquatic Technical Operations Course or demonstrated experience of works carried out within an aquatic environment;
- Current unrestricted ‘C’ class driver’s licence;
- Senior First Aid (desirable);
- Certificate III in Swimming Pool and Spa Service (desirable);
- Experience in planned and reactive Building Maintenance and related work scheduling;
- Experience in facilities management;
- Developed knowledge and experience with computer software systems including Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Proven contractor management skills;
- A thorough knowledge of the current Occupational Safety and Health Legislation and requirements to ensure the safe working of operations;
- Ability to manage and prioritise to achieve target outcomes;
- High level of written and oral communication skills; and
- Strong commitment to customer service (external and internal).
The finer details
This permanent full-time Level 5 position attracts a salary range of $87,623 - $93,338 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
