Our Sydney CBD office is now seeking applications for a suitably qualified Level 2Technical Services Officer within our Service Team.

About the opportunity:
- Provide onsite and remote Level 2 technical support
- Undertake setup, installation, and onboarding tasks for new and existing projects for customers as assigned.
- Complete documentation of solutions, environments, and processes for new and existing clients.
- Utilise the systems available for effective delivery of projects including CW Manage, Automate, Control, ITGlue, Keepass, Lionguard.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with Office/Microsoft 365 Administration
- Experience with Remote Desktop
- Experience with LAN/WAN networking
Skills Desired but not essential:
- Experience Deploying Windows Server and Windows Server Technologies
- Experience with Virtualisation Technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with more advanced networking (802.1q, 802.1x, dynamic routing etc)
- Experience with firewalls (creating/editing rulebases, remote access and site to site VPNs)
- Experience with IP Telephony
- Experience with desktop presentation – Microsoft RDS or Citrix Virtual Apps
