About the Role
As Building Manager you will oversee daily property operations within an apartment building and be the main contract person for residents and visitors to the development.
You will work with the Facilities Manager to ensure compliance according to the maintenance plan which includes working with contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard. This is a full-time role in a prestigious apartment building consisting of 142 apartments based in Melbourne CBD.
About you
You must be confident to work under limited direction with a strong focus on follow-up to ensure tasks are completed on time. You must have well-developed management and communication skills, and be able to follow guidelines and procedures.
You must have competent computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn to use other building management systems given training and support.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Negotiation skills to secure competitive quotes and service contracts
• A brand ambassador to represent the company in a good light
