Design & Build Recruitment are assisting a well-established Electrical Contractor in Melbourne who are currently searching for a Project Administrator. This role would be responsible for the daily contractual management of an exciting commercial project.
This position is available on a 6-month contract.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, review, negotiate and manage contracts for a commercial project in Melbourne.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to assist with the smooth running of the project.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to assist with the administration of the contract.
- Set up monthly claims and handle variations.
- Responsible for weekly reporting as per the contract conditions.
- 5+ years experience as a Project Administrator / contracts administrator.
- Experience in a Tier 1 construction environment.
- Knowledge/experience in building services would be a bonus.
- OHS experience would also be favourable.
