Project Administrator

Design & Build Recruitment are assisting a well-established Electrical Contractor in Melbourne who are currently searching for a Project Administrator. This role would be responsible for the daily contractual management of an exciting commercial project.

This position is available on a 6-month contract.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop, review, negotiate and manage contracts for a commercial project in Melbourne.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to assist with the smooth running of the project.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to assist with the administration of the contract.
• Set up monthly claims and handle variations.
• Responsible for weekly reporting as per the contract conditions.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Project Administrator / contracts administrator.
• Experience in a Tier 1 construction environment.
• Knowledge/experience in building services would be a bonus.
• OHS experience would also be favourable.
