Building Manager

Due to growth within our clients operations we are looking for an Experienced Building / Property manager. If you are an organised go getter who wants to grow and develop amongst an experienced, motivated, and supportive team then this is the position for you.

The Role

• Manage conflicts and disputes with Body Corporate
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met - i.e. the cleaning is being done, the building is maintained etc
• Assess and implement strata/community management agreements
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of properties and facilities

Minimum Requirements

• Previous Building Management exp
• Be resilient and able to manage conflict in various scenarios
• Experience body corps
