Building Manager - Asap Start - Gold Coast

The Company
Our client is one of Australia's most established and trusted brands in the Real Estate & Property industry. This large company specialises in providing a high level of service and operations to it's tenants and landlords. Work for a well known and reputable company.

Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available in the South East QLD Region for a Building Manager to join the team. 

The role:
As the sole Building Manager for this incredible company, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Liaise with the Bodies Corporate committees for any requests
• Liaise with Landlords and Tenants
• Inspect grounds, and facilities routinely to determine the necessity of repairs, maintenance, or cleaning
• Monitor the performance of contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Coordinating cleaning, landscaping, and pool services as required
• Issue breach notices and other notices as required
• Building upkeep in conjunction with the cleaner to a superior quality
• Manage move-in and move-outs
• Attend to daily queries from owners and tenants
• Mail disbursement
• Collection of rubbish inside and outside
• Ensure rubbish/recycle bins are placed out for collection
• Visitors Carpark monitor
• Email defects to relevant areas, arrange access with Owners/outside agents/apartments under the management
• Please note this role is not a live-in position

The Successful Candidate:

• Experience in Building Management or Facilities Management is required  
• QLD Certificate of Registration not required
• The ability to work autonomously
• Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• The WANT to develop and grow!
• Capacity to earn overtime
