Our client has a strong reputation with their clients and subcontractor base with a diverse portfolio delivering large New Build developments across Industrial, Commercial and defence sectors. Additionally the team have a Fitout & refurbishment arm however currently pursuing a Project Manager to deliver a $20m Industrial project.
Key Role responsibilities;
- Managing the overall success of your project and performance of your project team
- Support in the coordination and execution of Industrial warehouse projects, ensuring adherence to time lines and quality standards.
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
- Client and stakeholder engagement
Experience/Qualifications Required
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects for the head contractor on New Build industrial projects.
- Experience with and confidence in collaboratively working with your Site Manager to manage large site teams.
- An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
