We are currently seeking an experienced Building Manager and an Assistant Building Manager ready to take the next step to join our team and be responsible for building management duties in select Inner Melbourne location(s). Duties include where applicable responsibility for onsite Concierge and Cleaning/Maintenance staff.
Job Specifics:
- Oversee, administer, and manage the running of common property, daily assets, facilities, and staff, in support of the Owners Corporation and Strata Manager(s).
- Work within a complete or condensed Facilities Management Plan and scope, attending to duties with a high degree of quality and reliability, and improving the underlying processes as appropriate.
- Maintain high-quality digital records of your activities in various systems, including emails, and preparation of building management reports for various stakeholders.
- Conduct walk-through inspections and safety checks of all areas.
- Arrange and coordinate service provider tenders, ensuring that the developments are well-maintained, the budget is well-managed, and that they are safe and compliant.
- Advance your knowledge of Building Management, including undertaking training (at our cost) as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- You must currently reside in Australia and hold permanent residency or Australian citizenship.
- At least two years of Building Management or Assistant Building Management experience.
- You are honest, reliable, punctual, have a can-do attitude, and are always friendly.
- You must hold a valid Australian driver's license and be willing to travel within metropolitan Melbourne as required.
- You have native-level English language skills (spoken and written).
