About the role

This Maintenance Coordinator will provide leadership, coordination and efficient supervision of maintenance activities and infrastructure projects for Building Services. The successful applicant will be responsible for working with a range of stakeholders to ensure maintenance and minor works outcomes are delivered. This successful applicant coordinates where required, the maintenance and operation of services and equipment during large scale maintenance activities and redevelopments, and to facilitate information flow as well as providing advice on aspects of the maintenance projects.
