Who are you?
UNSW College is seeking an organised, flexible and team-oriented Operations Coordinator (Facilities). This role is required to provide high quality customer service promptly & efficiently, and complete key responsibilities to ensure of the successful operation of the College’s buildings and facilities.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Coordinator, this position will also be involved in various project work
Key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Monitor and evaluate Facilities and Site Issues requests to be actioned in a priority manner for consistent and efficient outcomes
- Responsible for Operations and Facilities related invoice receipt, accruals, credit card reconciliation, preparation and submissions to Finance Team for processing and support the Procurement Office with the receipt process of the Purchase Order work flow
- Responsible for the UNSW ID cards submissions and liaising with the UNSW Security team on a regular basis concerning staff access requirement and building security access requirements
- Responsible for the scheduling of new staff Site Inductions liaising with HR, hiring managers and IT Helpdesk to ensure all new staff are equipped to work safely and efficiently in the working environment
The successful applicant will have (but not limited to):
- Appropriate qualifications or a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to manage varied work tasks, meet deadlines and maintain accurate records
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Product suite,
- Current drivers’ licence
