You will be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting the Regional Management Team on strategic, regulatory, organisational, and other business-related topics in order to enhance their effectiveness. Your job

You play a key role in supporting AAC´s Regional Management Team by providing (administrative) support to several activities including, but not limited to: 

•  organising and preparing the meetings of ABN AMRO Clearing’s senior management key Committees by scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, and ensuring that the information necessary for decision-making is timely delivered; 

•  minuting meetings and coordinating the follow-up on action points; 

•  implementing and executing projects regarding corporate governance; 

•  communicating with internal stakeholders on corporate governance matters; 

•  engaging with relevant internal and external stakeholders, both on a formal and informal basis, to ensure all projects and processes run smoothly.

Your profile

You are interested in the global financial market and enthusiastic with a can-do mentality. You have a passion for operational and administrative processes. You have the planning and control skills to effectively deal with secretarial matters and understand the importance of discretion and integrity. You have an eye for detail, and the capability to work autonomously. Furthermore, you have:

  • Experience in corporate governance and/or corporate administration,
  • Stakeholder management skills,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills,
  • Exceptional organisational, time and priority management skills,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Atlassian (Confluence) Products.
