Building Production CoordinatorOur client is a market-leading supplier of portable buildings, toilet amenities and temporary fencing for hire and sale to the building and event markets in South Australia.
They are looking to bring in an experienced Building Production Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a full time role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with an excellent Salary of $75K to $80K pa commensurate with experience + Super. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and customer focused team player, who can manage multiple priorities at the same time whilst keep a calm workflow. You will have strong communications skills which will enable you to manage your team and other internal stakeholders effectively. Your Duties will include:
- Manage maintenance of Portable Buildings
- Coordinating external trades people
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Review and monitor programmed maintenance activities, to ensure that the day-to-day tasks are undertaken when programmed and to the standard required.
- Ability to supervise and review maintenance work on all portable buildings.
- Maintain Scheduling software database
- Attend to adhoc duties as required by the workload
- Previous experience in a building trades person (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the construction industry (Desirable)
- Excellent Organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Able to be flexible in their approach to daily workload
- Show resilience in changing work priorities
- Must be computer literate
