About you
You are an experienced Building Supervisor with the expertise and passion to consistently deliver a great building job for our customers.
As the key contact point for our customers, you will deliver projects within scope, designated timeframes and budget.

Role responsibilities
- Complete management of multiple sites
- Organisation of work schedules and duties for all staff and contractors
- Overseeing all site-based WHS requirements as per legislation, company, and client requirements - including but not limited to prestart meetings, toolbox talks and end-of-day reviews
- Overseeing quality assurance, including quality inspections, certifications, and handover
- Carry out investigations and prepare specialist reports
- Onsite contractor reviews and feedback via toolbox and one-on-one meetings
- Develop and maintain a trade panel to deliver projects
- Preparation of scopes of work and estimation/pricing of small variations
- Procurement and management of materials
- Management of job costs to budget – tracking project expenditure and assessing and certifying contractor claims
- Review and approval of all job costing, including timesheets, before payment approval
- Client liaison on and off-site, ensuring expectations/requirements are understood, communicated, and delivered throughout the life of the project
- Delivery of agreed KPI results and performance outcomes for the position
Skills and experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry
- Sound knowledge of regulations, by laws and building codes
- Strong management, planning and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands and jobs simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work with staff, contractors and customers to achieve excellent outcomes in a construction-related environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects
- Proficient computer skills to manage work scheduling and management
- Ability to interpret and understand architectural plans and specifications, identify scopes of work and price small variations
- Working knowledge of contractual and Security of Payment Act legal requirements and administration
Qualifications/Certifications
- Certificate IV in Construction/QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Current Class C driver’s license (minimum)
- WHS General Construction Induction card
- Satisfactory Police Criminal History/Medical checks
- Up-to-date vaccination records (or willingness to obtain)
- Blue and yellow cards (or willingness to obtain)
- First aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
