We are currently seeking an Building Support Administration Officer join our Property and Development team on a 12 month fixed term, full-time basis. This role came about due to a maternity leave cover, operating from Monday to Friday from our offices in Belmont. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be assisting the Property and Development department in the delivery of the day-to-day operations.
What you’ll do:
Action reactive and preventative maintenance of all St John facilities
Process and action administration tasks including but not limited to invoices and compliance documentation in a timely manner.
Maintain, monitor, and suggest improvements to essential services such as security, maintenance.
Build strong internal and external relationships including but not limited to contractors.
What you’ll need:
Strong administration and organisational skills with prior experience in a similar capacity being highly regarded but not essential.
Good attention to detail when inputting and reviewing system data.
Proficient MS Office skills with demonstrated experience using the entire package in a similar environment.
Adaptability and flexibility with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and manage independent workload.
