The dynamic team at CarBon are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to join the team.
Positions are located in our Perth and Sydney businesses.

About the Position
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission.
Your key responsibilities in the position will include:
- Generating new leads and networks through various channels, including cold-calling.
- Developing sales quotes and tenders for the current and new customer base.
- Based on market research, preparing compelling sales proposals for sales extension and conversion considerations.
- Working with the wider sales team to identify cross-sell product and service opportunities.
- Working with our Marketing team to develop targeted advertising plans and other required marketing collateral.
- Preparation and delivery of sales reports and projections.
- Contributing to the overall growth of our unique market presence.
Desired Attributes
To excel in this role, we would be seeking a person that has:
- Proven ability to drive business growth through sales success and closing out sales deals.
- Established customer relationships and networks.
- Proven track record identifying opportunities within the market.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- A drive to exceed KPIs, with a track record of achievement.
- Great interpersonal skills, including presentations to customers and other network events.
- Excellent written skills, with the ability to prepare compelling sales material for various forums.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong self-management skills.
- Previous experience in the motor industry is desirable, preferably in fleet or leasing.
