Are you a skilled Bus Driver seeking an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors? Join our friendly team and provide safe and reliable transportation to multiple Retirement Villages across NSW. Your role as a Bus Driver will directly contribute to our residents’ well-being and independence, creating an exceptional transport experience across Belrose Retirement Village. This role is an integral part of developing RetireAustralia to become one of the leaders in the industry, placing our residents at the centre of everything we do.
Reporting to the Village Manager’s, this casual position is responsible for:
Ensuring the safe transport of our residents locally.
Providing a professional, friendly, and courteous experience ensuring the satisfaction of our residents and visitors.
Maintaining vehicle and trailer.
Following our Company Policies and Procedures to maintain the safety and high standards expected.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
As part of the application process, you will be required to provide a National Police Check, proof of right to work in Australia, verification of identification and qualifications, and participate in pre-employment assessment.
- Previous experience in industry and role.
- A clean HR Drivers Licence.
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain) – no older than 6 months from date of issue.
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain).
- COVID-19 vaccinations (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.
