The Role
Our Drivers are responsible for transporting passengers and providing exceptional customer service. Ventura offer a range of driving services ranging from route service, charter and school runs.
We’re always interested in drivers who have a passion for getting customers to their destination on time, every time, safely and comfortably.
We currently have FULL TIME Bus Drivers vacancies at our MONBULK Depot. We are searching for passionate people who enjoy driving and want to service their community, whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences in the safe transportation of passengers.
Applicants must be willing and flexible to work a rotating roster, which includes weekends, early morning and late-night shifts.

What are we looking for in our Driver's?
- A current Victorian MR or HR Licence
- Heavy vehicle or commercial driving experience is highly regarded
- Customer focused individuals with the desire to provide assistance when required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Safe driving record
- High regard for safety, road rules and regulations
- Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances including Driver’s Accreditation (DC) and a Working With Children Card (WWCC)
