What you'll be doing…
You will complete a Certificate III Business over 12 months through a combination of formal training and on-the-job experience with your Host Employer.
This unique combination of formal education and work experience will give you the opportunity to:
Undertake general administrative duties, inclusive of mail, filing, data entry, ordering stationery, answering phone calls and sending emails
Booking appointments for solicitors
Entering documents into safe custody, including opening, and archiving files
Work on computers to use various software tools to assist with the business operations
Carry out other duties that are within the limits of trainee skills, competence and ability as required

Ability to work as part of a team
Commitment to both on and off the job training
A can-do attitude, willingness to learn and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
Experience using technology (computers/telephones/software packages)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office based products i.e. Excel and Word
Hold a driver’s licence or willingness to obtain
Have a can-do attitude and be an enthusiastic learner
