Full-time vacancy up to 12 months.
The Business Administration Officer is accountable to the Business Manager for the provision of general administrative support to the Physical Assets Services Branch (PASB), and financial support services for budget analysis and account management activities, monitoring and reporting, analysis of financial data, accounts processing, financial investigations and other general office support services as required.
PASB is comprised of five units: Capital Strategy & Projects, Contracts & Impound, Strategic Operations: Fleet & Property, Facilities Management Unit, and Business Unit. A 'one team' mindset is driven by leadership at all levels, is focused on achieving our Vision and Key Strategy and allows us to realise the full potential of our workforce and ensures service excellence. To achieve this, members adopt a problem solving, informative approach.
Special Conditions
- The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
Salary
ASO3 - $66,590 - $70,968 per annum.
