Your new company
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Administration Officer to join our team in a state government organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and contributing to the efficiency of our organisation.
Your new role
Provide comprehensive administrative support for the team.
Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a similar role within a government setting.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
