You'll coordinate job bookings, manage schedules, communicate with clients, handle invoicing and payroll, and support the team with various administrative tasks. We're seeking someone detail-oriented, efficient, and ready to thrive in a busy, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Job Bookings and manage schedules for drivers and offsiders.
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize efficiency.
- Provide ETAs and job details to clients.
- Follow up after job completion to ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle invoicing, expense management, and account reconciliation, follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process staff payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Assist in developing and implementing company policies, processes, and systems to improve efficiency.
- Update software and CRM systems, develop automation solutions to enhance productivity.
- Monitor and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current and accurate.
- Work with web developers and SEO specialists to improve online presence.
- Curate and manage content for social media channels to engage with the community and promote services.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for new and existing staff.
- Manage employment documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Implement and manage a Customer Satisfaction process, collecting feedback and making improvements as needed.
General Assistance:
- Provide additional support to the Manager and other team members as requested.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative and operational support roles

- Proficiency in Xero accounting software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of financial management and basic accounting principles
