We have a position available within our Service Department in a Admistration Coordinator role.
The role in question involves managing and coordinating a team of technicians to streamline service delivery efficiently. The individual in this position is responsible for organizing the technicians' schedules, ensuring that service jobs are logged and resolved promptly and accurately. They also handle invoicing tasks related to service orders and the delivery of consumables.
This job includes the management of customer orders, processing them effectively for both services and consumables. Data entry is a significant part of the role, requiring accurate input of customer and order details into specific systems. Moreover, the role demands strong liaison with service and delivery staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Additionally, the role involves managing the logistics of consumable stock deliveries, focusing on optimizing routes and timelines to enhance operational efficiency.
Full training will be provided with ongoing team support. Our ideal candidate will be confident, switched on, helpful with excellent customer service skills.
We offer a modern workplace, centrally located in Bundall with onsite parking. Our office teams are friendly and supportive.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating a team of technicians and overseeing their schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Managing the logging and closure of service jobs, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
- Handling ad hoc invoicing tasks related to service orders and consumable deliveries.
- Facilitating the submission and processing of customer orders, both for services and consumables.
- Performing data entry duties, including inputting customer and order information into relevant systems.
- Liaising closely with service and delivery staff to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Managing the coordination of deliveries for consumable stock, optimizing routes and timelines for efficiency.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Previous administration or office experience
- Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal)
- Organised and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Confident and positive/friendly disposition
- Team player with a flexible approach and can-do attitude
- High computer literacy (Microsoft applications)
