We are currently looking for a proactive and organised Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at Bundall. Role Overview:
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping our callers and visitors first impressions. You will also be supporting our team’s administrative needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a technological environment where efficiency and attention to detail are paramount.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM to 5:00 PM (with 1 hour for lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and greet visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanour
- Ensuring email queries are redirected to the appropriate departments
- Maintain office efficiency by organising office operations and staff amenities
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings for client demonstrations
- CRM management
- Document management
- Manage inventory of office supplies and liaise with vendors
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in administrative support or as a receptionist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-oriented attitude
- Friendly, easy-going personality with a sense of humour, to complement our team
