Business Administration/Customer Service Trainee

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Junior Business Administration Trainee to join our Administration/Customer Service team. This role is perfect for candidates eager to gain practical, on-the-job experience while receiving extensive training and earning a Certificate III in Business. Successful trainees have the potential to become permanent members of our Team upon completion of the program.

• Customer Service: Answer and redirect phone calls and emails, process and take orders over the phone.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with telemarketing, data entry, and maintaining the customer database and internal registers.
• Marketing Support: Maintain social media and websites, create monthly newsletters, and assist with marketing initiatives.
• Operational Support: Support the dispatch team with work ticket record keeping and perform other ad hoc duties as required.
